Yoga is a tool I use to integrate my body and my mind with my spirit. Yoga has helped me develop an intimate relationship with my form, it has created an awareness of my thoughts, my feelings and my memories in a way that makes them almost tangible. I can see them, organize them and use them to interpret the inner workings of my being. This developing ability to sense the subtler parts of myself has lead me to discover an aspect of myself that lies deep within. A part of me that is steady, that is sound, that loves & understands. Because of yoga I am able to see this aspect of myself in every living being. It has made my life richer, more whole and filled with more meaning.
