Chakra Balancing is a 7-week course designed to explore the energetic body. You will learn about the various Chakras, how they may be impacting your life, and how to use this knowledge to help find balance in the more subtle aspects of our being.
This series combines yoga movement (asana), pranayama, meditation, group discussion, journaling and mantra for an interactive time of self-discovery.
